ClearPath Remind
A quiet companion for the day's most important moments.
Medication reminders, appointments, family messages, and caregiver coordination — all on one tablet that goes wherever it's needed.
What ClearPath Remind looks like, every day.
The tablet sits where it makes sense — a kitchen counter, a bedside table, a group home common area, a post-discharge recovery room. The screen is calm, uncluttered, and large enough to read from across the room.
Throughout the day, it shows:
- The current time and a warm, personal greeting
- Today's medications, in order, with what's been taken and what's still ahead
- Today's appointments and any reminders from family or care staff
- Personal messages from loved ones — a photo, a quick note, a "thinking of you"
When it's time for a medication or appointment, the tablet chimes gently and displays a clear, friendly reminder. The user taps to confirm. If they don't respond, the tablet escalates — a louder chime, then a brighter visual cue, then an alert to the designated caregiver.
If something is missed, the right people know. If everything's fine, no one is bothered. That's the whole idea.
What the senior sees
What the family receives
Built for the people who need it most.
For families caring for an aging parent or relative.
Stop wondering whether Dad took his afternoon dose. Stop calling to remind Mom about her appointment. Stop feeling guilty for living three states away. Remind tells you what's happening, without making your parent feel watched.
For people managing complex daily routines.
If you or someone you love is recovering from a stroke, managing a chronic illness, or living with an intellectual or developmental disability, Remind handles the cognitive load that nobody talks about — the constant tracking of what time, what dose, what's next.
For provider organizations and care teams.
Group homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, and IDD service organizations can manage multiple residents from a single dashboard. Care notes, vital signs, medication audit trails, incident logs, and document storage — all linked to the same record.
How it works.
Step 1 — Set up your account. A caregiver or family member creates an account on the ClearPath dashboard at clearwaylife.com. Add the person you're caring for, their medications, their appointments, and the people who should be notified.
Step 2 — Place the tablet. ClearPath Remind comes pre-configured. Plug it in, connect it to Wi-Fi, and pair it with the dashboard using a simple code. No app installation. No technical setup for the senior.
Step 3 — Day one. The tablet starts working immediately. Medications, appointments, and family messages flow from the dashboard to the tablet automatically.
Step 4 — Real-time peace of mind. Caregivers see what's happening from anywhere. Missed doses, late confirmations, and emergency alerts are routed to the right people instantly.
The Edge · Adherence Intelligence
See the patterns. Not just the alerts.
Most reminder apps tell you when a single dose is missed. ClearPath Remind tells you when something has actually changed — when adherence is slipping over weeks, when a new medication is being skipped consistently, when something is worth a phone call to Mom or her doctor. The signal hides in the trend, not the moment.

Built with privacy at the center.
We've made deliberate choices about what ClearPath Remind does and doesn't do.
- No cameras. Remind never sees the room, the home, or the person.
- No microphones listening passively. The tablet doesn't record ambient audio.
- You control who has access. Family members, caregivers, and providers see only what you've granted them.
- Your data is yours. Medication history, messages, and care notes are never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
ClearPath Technologies is committed to meeting the privacy and security expectations of HCBS waiver programs and institutional care providers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
